MAISON CITROHAN
Researched and diagrammed the Maison Citrohan House located in Stuttgart, Germany by Le Corbusier. The house is a single family residence, 4 stories, built for Wiessenhoff Exposition in 1927, following the "5 Points of Architecture". The entire house appears to be very orthogonal often following a grid. On each floor, specific curved anomalies, free standing walls, break this pattern. Analytical diagrams are produced highlighting these anomalies. An axonometric drawing is produced showing the free standing curves in yellow and the grey gradient is double height anomalies found on the basement-ground levels and 3rd-4th levels. The drawings were produced through Illustrator. A final 1/8" scale model, made out of Plaster cast, chipboard, and plexiglass showcases the findings.
